Who we are

BrickIntel is a trading name of C3M Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16336211). Our registered office is C/O SG Accounting, 1 Cedar Office Park, Cobham Road, Wimborne, BH21 7SB. References to "we", "us", or "BrickIntel" in these terms refer to C3M Limited.

Acceptance

By using this website or creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

What we offer

Free access (no account required)

The data explorer, price charts, mortgage rate data, and all public pages are available to anyone without an account. This access may be withdrawn or modified at any time.

Account features

Creating a free account gives you access to saved calculator inputs, preferences, and other personalisation features. Account features may change over time.

Newsletter

The weekly BrickIntel newsletter is available to anyone who subscribes. It contains property market data and commentary for informational purposes only.

Not financial advice

Nothing on this website — including data, charts, calculators, the newsletter, or any other content — constitutes financial, investment, mortgage, tax, or legal advice. All content is for informational purposes only. Property values can fall as well as rise. Past market trends are not a reliable indicator of future performance. Data accuracy

Market data is sourced from HM Land Registry (Price Paid Data, © Crown copyright and database right 2026, Open Government Licence v3.0) and the Bank of England Statistical Interactive Database (© Bank of England, OGL v3.0). We display this data as published. We make no warranty that data is complete, current, or free from error. Land Registry data typically lags transactions by 2 to 3 months. We are not responsible for decisions made in reliance on data displayed on this site.

Acceptable use

You may not use this site to:

  • Systematically scrape, copy, or redistribute our data or content at scale
  • Attempt to access systems or data you are not authorised to access
  • Use automated tools to create accounts or submit forms
  • Do anything unlawful, harmful, or that interferes with other users

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any breach of these terms.

Intellectual property

The BrickIntel brand, logo, and original content (including newsletter articles and editorial commentary) are owned by C3M Limited. The underlying property transaction and rate data is sourced from public datasets under the Open Government Licence and remains Crown copyright. You may share individual data points for non-commercial purposes with attribution to BrickIntel and the original source.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, C3M Limited shall not be liable for any loss or damage — including financial loss, loss of profits, or consequential loss — arising from your use of this site or reliance on any content or data. Our total liability to you shall not exceed £100. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
